Am I locked into a subscription?
No, you can cancel your subscription at anytime and you will not be charged again. But, be aware that there is no pro-rated refund.

What type of devices does this work for?
It works for MT5 DESKTOP ONLY, right now. We are currently in the process of adding additional platforms and will give announcements as they are added.

Is there a payment plan?
We do not have payment plans available for subscriptions at this time.

What is the refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we have a strict no refund policy. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non-refundable. We highly suggest you take advantage of the free trial before purchasing.
